i have a nokia 5310 express music...?

but its locked to vodafone network, is there a free code i can get to unlock it? they want to charge me $110 at the shop but i have heard of some people buying the codes off ebay/internet and some even get them for free of websites of which are unknown to me..? any help would be great as im without a phone and i dont want to be with vodafone =)
