I have a old nokia 6288 with a new micro sd. But I don't knw how to format...

...it. Wheres card reader on pc? I go to phone settings on my phone and select memory status and then go to memory card which says unformatted. And I can't do anything from there. And I not sue where my card reader is on my laptop....

Help someone?
