I have a pitbull she's still young but not potty trained, how do i potty train her?

Shes not a year even yet, but my boyfriend had her when she was a puppy and hod her outside mostly in a warm environment not just plain out in the yard, and she got use to going wherever she needed, but I have her over at my house now when he moved in with me and I prefer her to be inside, but she poops and pees everywhere she can whenever she has to, is it too late to train her how to be potty trained? Also she is very hyper in the house and use to sleeping at the foot of the bed, but she can't anymore because my boyfriend is allergic and Im already trying to train my 7 week old american bulldog. She also trys to play with the puppy, but is a little ruff with him, so what can I do to help them play nice together and How can I house train her also?
