The CyberLink software that came with my Blu-ray drive includes the program PowerDVD Ultra which has always worked to play Blu-ray movies.  When I recently tried to play blu-ray disks, the PowerDVD software would have a pop up that says that critical updates should be periodically installed and that the disk in the drive is in an unsupported format.  It shows this even for the blu-ray movies I have played through it before.  I noticed in the settings that there is a place where I can activate the software by entering a CD-key.  Because the software came with my Blu-ray player, I don't have a CD-key.  I was wondering if the CyberLink software that comes with the LG blu-ray drives is just a trial version or if it is another problem.</p></blockquote><p></p>
