I have a question about a bluetooth headset?

I just bought a Motorola H500 red bluetooth headset and it didnt come with any instructions. Can somebody please tell me how to turn it on and also how to set it up with my cell phone and also how to change the volume. I was also wondering if anybody could tell me if this headset is compatible with ps3s?
