I have a rotator cuff injury in both my shoulders. It's not a tear. It doesn't hurt when I touch it, but it does start to bother me when I use it for extended period of time. This is how my golfer's elbow tendonitis started I don't want it to get worse. I'm taking ibuprofen and putting ice on it several times a day.
My question is, should I do rotator cuff exercise right now or wait till I have no pain?
