I have a rubber bathtub toy fish stuck up my butt PLEASE HELP!?

Its about 1/2 width and height, any sugestions on how to get it out? PLEASE HURRY, im not telling anybody about it and i cant get a hold of any laxidives and i've tryed to get it out with fingers and it only when up farther. Right now im trying to eat a lot so i can hopefully poop it out later. and please dont make fun of me or call me gay, im freaking scared!
 
Get a hold of a piece of it with some needle nose pliers. Then tug and push tug and push. Otherwise its the er and $800 btw the nurses keep a collection of funny ex-rays you are just part of the club
