The Sony Ericsson K770 has a 3.2 megapixel camera but it's not a webcam. I don't know of any mobile phone where the built-in camera can be used as a webcam. I don't think that such a device exists. If you want a webcam, then the best thing to do is buy one that is built for that purpose.
