I have a Spongebob Squarepants twin bell alarm clock and it does not work right....

...Am I doing it right? I set the alarm for 1 am to wake up our son to go to the bathroom, it did not go off. I tested it later and set it for 4 pm and it went off at 3:48. I had it set exactly both times. The batteries work and it was turned on. What is wrong? I need it to wake up the kids for school.

Edit: I wish I knew how to help. Maybe you could try finding a place where they can take a look at the *SPONGEBOB* clock and see what is wrong. Was it expensive?? If worse comes to worse you may need to buy another or just exchange that one for a different one. That may work... I'm so sorry to her it doesn't work. :( What a shame.

Try looking on the internet, website or store you bought it from and see if they can help you.

Did the clock come with instructions? Try looking at those again... maybe they have a troubleshooting page.

If I think of something else you can do, I'll tell you.
