I have a swim meet in 2 hours!!!!!!!?

I have a HS swim meet today and I'm really nervous (I'm 15). I'm usually never nervous about swim meets, but this one is different. I have to make under 1:10 on my 100 yd breast stroke and also under 1:00 on my 100 yd freestyle in order to make a Colorado coach's invite.

Those two events are right next to each other with only about a minute break.

I also have the 50 yd breast stroke and 200 yd IM, but they aren't very important. These come before my other two events. And the IM tires me out sooooooooo much.

What should I do to prepare my body for this? I ate spaghetti an hour ago, but what else should I do? Stretch? Drink water? What?
