I was texting and i recieved a phone call and i tried to answer the call and the screen went black then i couldn't hear anything through the earpiece, bu the person could hear me. none of the buttons on the top slide work and the screen doesnt work, also when i slide the phone open i hear a quiet clicking noise that i've never heard it make before. help me?
