Out of the blue, I started to get a sore throat, achy joints, fever, dizziness, occasional blurred vision, and weakness. The list goes on and on. I mean, I was fine today, then all of the sudden it just hit me! I have already had my flu shot over Holloween time 2008. Does anyone have any suggestions about what I should do? I already took a hot bath, had some hot tea, laid down, etc. Please help!
p.s. I am not asking what it is I have, I am kindly asking for suggestions to help me feel better. Thanks!
Thanks for the suggestion of NiQuil. Unfortunatly, I have get up to go to work soon. So I cannot get a full 8 hours of sleep. Thanks though.
