Basically i want to get healthy
Im not what you call under weight im 5 foot 3 and 104 pounds (7 stone 6 pounds)
I have a huge belly .. its 32 inch's
I want to get healthy and still lose weight or gain muscle
I want a 26 / 28 inch waist but how can i do this
It feels like loads of muscle with fat on top! How can i get rid of the fat? whats a healthy diet and best exercise i can do in my house?
How long should it take me to do it?

the diet must have lots of protein in it because i haven't exactly grown and ive been told by my school nuse its because i dont get any protein! i want to grow about 3 inchs if possible lol
i don eat breakfast
sometimes eat lunch
and i do eat tea
