I have an Iphone 4 with the carrier at&t I will text someone and they get it with in the minute i sent it but then when they reply i will not receive it until minutes later as little as 2 minutes later or as much to 45 minutes after they send it and then i will look at the time i received it and it will say the time of some where between 2 and up to a long time like 45 minutes. For example they will reply at 5:00 and i will not get it until 5:30 when i go back and look at the time it says it was sent it says 5:00 how do i fix this problem. I have restored the phone and it still does this and i have also checked for updates and i have the latest version.</p></blockquote><p></p>
