Philippines. Will it work? I bought this phone off eBay some time ago, and it is unlocked. What I want to know is, will this phone be compatible on their network? Does it have some chip in it that will only permit it to be used in Australia, or can they bung a simcard in and away the go?
 
No problem you can freely use your nokia phone in phillipines with any GSM sim since it is unlocked one .Else if the nokia phone is locked to some other network provide then until you unlock you can't use it with any other GSM sim .You can easily unlock your Nokia using sites like Unlocking4Free.com here they are generating network unlock code for some older Nokia mobile models at free of cost .Else if you want to unlock some other new model phone then visit sites like Unlock-Zone.com they are rendering unlock code for all mobile models at reliable cost ...
