trouble shot all i can help :(? Got a Philips tv from the thrift store and every thing on it works but it's not excepting the signal from the Dish box the dish works in every room but on that TV. It's not HD dish, or TV and i just can't fig-ger it out and i'm not calling dish for 100 dollor head shake and jokes please help.PS it is however playing :games and DVDS
 
a) If you put another TV in that Dish set-top, does it work? If No, Dish set-top problem
b) How do you connect them together? Coax, s-video, composite? Have you tested the SAME cable on other TVs?

c) If the TV plays DVDs, use exactly the same input and cables for Dish. Make sure you unplug the Dish and plug it back. If the cable is OK and the set-top box is Ok, it should work!!
