Go to control panel and find the installed program, double click to remove it.

Don't use windows.(linux doesn't need antivirus)

Edit the registry to remove entries for the program manually

Used advanced mode in spybot to remove entries for it

Uninstall it from Add/Remove Program or Programs Software

Slowly roll a large magnet over your laptop
