I have been working in a private sector since 2005 under limited contract as a Truck Driver,  I wish to resign from this company. 1-  My question is Can my sponsor put ONE YEAR employment BAN in my passport?  2- Can I get all gratuity and service money? 3- If he is not cancelling my visa, Can I approach Ministry of Labour for cancellation of my visa and labour card?  If I go labour for complaining, Can they put one year ban in my passport of in system?  The reason is my sponsor is asking me if I resign now, I have to pay all visa expenses........
