I have bug bites and they look like cigarette burns and i don't seem to know what

it is.? There really itchy, and they seem to be spreading everywhere they started on my chest and are moving to my back, I've been watching a show on animal planet called"monsters inside of me" and it scared me so i was wondering if its just a normal bug bite.
