I have bug bites and they look like cigarette burns and i don't seem to know what

it is.? There really itchy, and they seem to be spreading everywhere they started on my chest and are moving to my back, I've been watching a show on animal planet called"monsters inside of me" and it scared me so i was wondering if its just a normal bug bite.
 
I stumbled across this because I too have similiarities and was wondering what this would be. I will get a bit or 2, in random areas and then after 2-3 days of me using cortizone cream they will look like they are healing but then look like I have been burned with a ciggerette. Please help if someone can because I dont know what this could be coming from. I am a clean freak and I clean all the time, and as far as my bed I am always washing the sheets and spraying lysol on the bed everyday just because I am OCD about a clean house. PLEASE HELP
