i have dish network. i have a dual hddvr that runs 2 tvs.?

my second tv (where the receiver isnt) the remote for the dish will not work unless the main tv is turned off!! crazy ..... its not the receiver but my tv in the living room when it is powered on the remote to my bedroom will not work.. turn the main tv off the remote works fine.

Makes not much sense, but try to change the RF channel that is being used by the 2d remote.
