I have Iphone 4 and it shows it's connected to G3 but?

each time i try to connect to the net via Safari or any other apps it gives me the following: "Safari could not open the page because the server stopped responding", however, i bought if for about 3 weeks and it was working perfect. but this happened last night. I did the following: reset all network, and reset all setting... but nothing worked! Can you guys help me with what can i do to fix this issue?
