i have nokia pc suite, the video clips are there but all i get is a green...

...screen moving by.? I download from mobile to laptop ok. The photos I see, but I can't work out how to view the video clip. I have a nokia phone and I can view the video clips on there ok b4 downloading to my laptop.Where am I going wrong?
I have to tell you I'm a novice and I don't know the format but all I can tell you is that it is a nokia multimedia player file
