I have owned my Hyundai Accent GSI for 10 years............?

It was brand new when I bought it. I have maintained well, it runs great, I have only one problem with it. I have had to replace the window wiper motor 6 times in 10 years since I have owned the car. I am at a point now that the warranty is expired so whenever the motor dies now I have to pay for it.
Has anybody else had this problem this problem? What is the solution to fixing it for good? They don't know why this keeps happening.
The car is 10 years old but it only has 50,000 miles, it's paid for and in great shape. So, a new car is not going to happen right now. I just need advice on this wiper problem
 
Your car may have a short somewhere that is causing your wiper motor to get fried. I think you should have your car inspected by an electrical car place instead of replacing your wiper motor each time it dies. This shouldn't cost you too much since it is probably a simple wire causing a short and it will save you the head aches.
