I have really bad chest pains and a blood pressure reading of 181/100 and my

pulse was 128.? I saw the doctor today and he referred me to a heart specialist. I am having really bad chest pains that even wake me up at night, shortness of breath and fatigue. I am usually healthy besides this (quit smoking a year ago). What I was wondering is if anyone had any ideas on what it may be. I know i have to see the specialist but I'm trying to find out what it could be.
 
Dude, that is classic symptoms of heart disease, first consult doctors and get your blood pressure down. DO NOT forget to take any medications prescribed to you even if you feel better. Try modifying your diet if you eat alot or eat unhealthy. Do some moderate exercises, don't go out and try to be superman, just get some exercise. consult a dietician and ask doctor about a exercise program--not saying your overwieght, but you need to exercise your body to strenghten your heart. Most of all if you keep having these symptoms, go to the emergency room, these are signs of stroke and heart disease. Good Luck.
