I have samsung galaxy y & my sd card of 8 gb formatted automatically .. Why is it...

...so ? I had an app Ulmitate galaxy y... Through this i installed skin & app 2 sd ... Link http://adf.ly/JT3k9 ... In recovery mode... After 4 hours sd card formatted automatically.. I m so nervous.. What can i do for uninstalling that ? Or something else
