i have the family plan with verizon on 4 samsung rogue phones .?

i have never seen such bad customer service these phones are horrible they shut off while checking your messages ,they blink constantly and you cant use them or they just freeze and you have to remove the battery i have a contract for another year and a half can we upgrade before our time .i pay close to $300 a month for these crappy phones that have been retired i was told by a rep..i guess thats a nice way to say they suck..
