I have the latest Motorola Phone Tools on my Vista OS & it can't see my Motorola...

...Razr v3a phone. Help please! I want to download ringtones and songs to my v3a phone. I installed the Motorola Phone Tools Program, downloaded the latest updates & the Motorola drivers, but that didn't help. I have looked all over for help with this, with no success. This can't be that hard. Anyone been there & done it? Thanks

I have a motorola phone from AT&T, but I have a big internet data package and I use the website Ventones

to make and send free ringtones abd images to my phone.
And it works like a charm every time.

Try Ventones
it might work for you better
