I have to take my dog to the vet for the first time how much is this going to cost...

...me? We have a dog, she was adopted from our local animal shelter and already had her shots and everything but now it's time for her annual check-up and shots. How much do you think it's going to cost for her rabies, distemper and to be wormed? I kow the vet visit is $35 I have $250 set aside do you think this should be enough? Thanks!
