i have two torrents client utorrent and bittorrent during downloading ..............?

i have two torrents client utorrent and bittorrent when i start download a torrent trough utorrent after some progress after this when i add same torrent or start downloading it trough bittorrent in an other directory when i add peer give local machine ip 127.0.0.1 it not works a message appear in log " no connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it" how can i solve this problem.

When I used utorrent for downloading my torrents, my internet speed went from 9MB to 1MB. Before I used utorrent I used frostwire. Had no problems. but I was advised to use utorrent. I am back to using frostwire. Everything back to normal.

I would just stop using bittorrent and utorrent and start using frostwire
