Been on antibiotics two days right side tonsil has ulcers and swollen painful into ear and neck been taking paracetamol and ibrufen and gargle with soluble paracetamol and salt water? I am breast feeding so scared if go back to doc thy will admit me to hospital again. Last time it turned to quincy and had I've antibiotic and my throat lanced. Anything else I can do?
