I have VLC and Divx installed, but can't stream movies?

Take the link below, for example. It says I need to install VLC to play it. Even though I already had VLC installed, I uninstalled and downloaded the one the website supplied. But it still doesn't work? It still says I need the plugin.

This happens for me at any similar website.

Any idea why and how I can fix it?
