Couple of the spinal bones got hurt. I got an xray and it looks fine just that the dr said could be still little ruptured.. Any advice for the pain ?? I been taking advil but doesnt seem to help me much. Anyone who went through this please advice me! I was staking yesterday for the first time and I got into a turn with a friend and fell directly on my back .How long will it take me to heal ?
