I just bought a DVD that is region 3 NTSC. I am in Indiana. This is bad, isn't it?

I bought the DVD because the listing said it was region-free, but what I received is region 3. I'd like to know that there's nothing I can do about this before I try to resell it (I can't return it).

No, I don't want to change my computer's region.
