I just downloaded a file from a torrent and now I can't relocate it?

I just downloaded Superman: Doomsday using BitComet. The file is perfect, it plays and everything. the problem I'm having is when I try to relocate it to a different folder. It keeps telling me that the file is "in use by another person or program". I have already closed all possible programs (including BitComet) and even restarted my computer but to no avail. How do I find out what program is still using the file?

You might have a start up icon at right bottom corner of monitor that don't let you to close the program completely, beside, please carefully with that site, you might have been already traced and placed you information on the" wanted" list.
