I just saw a car for sale about 150 miles from my house? Is it too good to be true?

It is a 2007 Cadillac Escalade with everything except navigation. It has only 9000 miles. It is for sale about 150 miles from my house. I was wondering is it too good to be true. I just emailed the guy but I wanted to see if I should make a trip all the way out there.
This car is for sale for $ 22,000 with 9k miles.

yeah he is selling it because he cant afford the gas, just wait another year and the thing wont even bring 15k, look around man if you want to buy and suv now is the time to do it because you cant hardly give them awaym thats why all these dealerships are giving like 12k in rebates because no one wants them.
