...I was Mislead.What can I d? I took over a package from a family that had a one year remaining contract with T Mobile. I was informed by the sales person that there was a package for $39.99 with 600 minutes, with free T mobile to mobile and free nights and weekends. After two weeks I found out that my minutes were down to 24 minutes. So I called them on saturday 1/19/08 to find out what was going on. They started telling me different stories, starting from pay for T Mobile to T mobile calls to checking voice mails and finally on monday when I did not use the phone to either make or recieve calls, I checked to see my balance, the 24 minutes has gone. I called to find out where did the 24 minutes go to, they couldn't answer instead they were very rude to me.I then told them that I was going to break the contract. And they wat me to pay 200 USD for that. What can I do in this case.
