I just updated my Iphone 4 to the 4S and I dont have Siri! Can someone help?!?

I dont have siri. Is there anyone who can tell me where or what I have to do to have it??? PLEASE HELP!!!!
 
Did you buy your iPhone from the Apple store?

If so, try this, Settings>General>Siri make sure it's on. If that doesnt work, hold down the home button and sleep button until the phone screen flashes and it's off. Then just simply turn on the iPhone like normal.
