Yes it seems seniors like to play favorites alot, but I think if you are doing the wright thing in your job and you are satisfied as what you are doing and happy with yourself then it's all good.  Remember what comes around goes around and yes when it hits the fan and they can't fight worth crap then they will be dead. I was never for awards either, but when I gave them they derserved it, they performed there jobs over and above what they regularly do, not just for doing there everyday job.. I think if you like your job, just be happy,, there is always another day.. Don't worry about things you have no control of.</p></blockquote><p></p>
