I keep getting stabbed in my dream?

Ive been having the same dream for about a week now, and right before it ends I get stabbed in the chest, and when I wake up, my chest actually hurts very badly like someone punched me extremely hard, like any harder my chest would collapse, why is this? And nothing is falling on my chest or anything while I am sleeping, ive thought about that and made sure it hasnt happened
