I really didn't care though, he had such an odd request that I couldn't help but laugh throughout it all. Now it's super awkward. How do you tell someone that the sex sucked so bad that you can't help but fall into fits everytime you think of it, but not mean enough to force them to jump off a building.

Honestly, I wouldn't tell him he was horrible at sex. I mean, what do you get out of it? If he weren't good and you aren't going to try again, how about just telling him it was a one-time thing?
 
If you're staying with the guy, you have to be honest or it won't get better, so practice in front of a mirror till you can do it w/o laughing.
If you're not serious about him, take this as a sign and dump him ASAP!
