i left my camera in the car...?

Last night, i forgot my D80 in the car, it was -20 out all night. what is the best way to ease my camera back into the warmth without damaging it.

I'm not a camera expert but I would wrap it in a towel or a t-shirt and put it in a box and bring it into a cooler part of the house(like a mudroom) and let it sit for several hours so it can gradually come back up to room temp. you don't want a suddenly temp change to crack the lenses.
