I like to insult my neighbors and make fun of them. They have asked me to stop,

should I laugh at them? One of my neighbors dumps her trash into other peoples trash bins, when she does I loudly shout "Use your own bin!". Another one is over weight and jogs daily, and I yell 'Earth Quake!" and a third neighbor waters her plants everyday and I shout "Leave some water for the wales you old hag!"

I have recently got some complaints, would the appropriate action be to laugh at them or start ordering them pizzas?

Oh, wow, you remind me of my neighbors! For the lady who uses other people's trash bins, have a serious talk with her, and if she absolutely won't stop, call the police. As for the overweight jogger and the plant-waterer, I suggest putting some duct tape over your mouth and never leaving your house again. Have a nice day.

By the way, Wales is a part of the UK. I believe you mean "whales."
 
I do say my Lord ,maybe the best thing to do is move away. Obviously your neighborhood has too many malfunctions, take your servants and move to a different manor.
 
The appropriate action would be to zip your lips and start growing up.
