There is a sign clearly posted at the entrance that the limit of time for a car to be parked in one spot is 72 hours but this truck has been parked in the same spot for 8 months--and it belongs to my downstairs neighbors, whom i have had previous issues with--Should i complain to management?--We have a serious parking problem and if you come home after 6 pm there is absolutely no parking!Even though they have a garage, and two cars they never use the garage and take up two spots most of the time.  I think it is unfair to other residents.</p></blockquote><p></p>
