The guy lets his bulldog run around the neighborhood. One time he said that he trained his dog to attack at the sight of a gun. I dont think the bulldog has attacked anyone but he used to joke about neighbors that were too scared to come out of their house due to his bulldog. Also do if i can call animal control do i call them directly or call 911?
