i locked my self out of my chrysler 300 i have a slim jim but need help?

I just need to know how to pop the lock i cant get the window to rool down far enought to stick in a hanger

Call a locksmith. If it's a recent model of car, it will be near impossible to get into the car without breaking the window.

you have a slim jim and you don't know how to use it?

have you checked youtube?

most chryslers have a small bar over the bar that you need to grab with the slim jim, try approaching it at an angle. This may not work on newer cars as the locks are all electronic and no longer have the rod you need to actuate with a slim jim.
