Lost your operating system? Lol you tried to jailbreak it didn't you? Lol if you bricked it your our of luck. If you simply just deleted the os then you just need to flash a room from start up. You'll need to dnld a rom using another phone/tablet/pc onto a micro usb flash drive. Then install it.

You mean rooting, jailbreaking is iPhone only. You are pretty much screwed though.
