So a little while back i met a guy while i was on vacation. He gave me his number, and once i got back to florida i texted him. We really hit it off. He lived a couple hours away, we were interested in the same things, and we were emotionally connected. It was going great, But then, he started getting stalkerish. When he was going to be in town, i was gonna be away. He was really pissed off about that. Then he invited me to go up to his cabin in NC with him and his best friend. I declined. Can you say awkward?
Then he tells me that he occasionally does drugs and is an active drinker. Oh! And numerous times he told me that he was "Going to make an effort to marry me". Apparently he doesn't remember when he lost his virginity and then he told me about of other crap. So what went from a great friendship that could have turned into a real relationship, ended up being a disaster. A few weeks ago, i told him that i didn't want to talk anymore. I said i'd be praying for him, but i wasn't comfortable with the the expectations he had of me. So i guess my overall question is, should i ever call/text him again? Just to see how he's doing?
