I recently asked for baby cookies and have gotten one great answer so far and I was thinking that muffins would be good too as an alternative.
So, I'm looking for a recipe for muffins that has tons of nutrition and not too much sugar. No nuts and no raisins but everything else is fine.
I'm a decent baker/cook but just don't feel that I'm experienced enough to 'make up' a recipe since I don't know what ingredients you have to have to make muffins into, well, muffins lol.
Bananas, carrots, applesauce...anything super nutritious (as long as it tastes good and isn't too big for a little one to mush/swallow or is mushable) is great. I'd prefer to stick to pretty 'normal' ingredients so I don't end up having to buy stuff I won't/can't use for anything else.
I'll probably make mini muffins (less waste that way and easier to hold) but it doesn't really matter.
Thanks!
