I need a restriction code for my nokia 3120!!?

Need to unlock a Nokia 3120 IMEI 357966009112492
Locked to Vodafone..( I Think ) Haven't used it in ages, but need to insert my O2 contract sim into it.

Plus i dont have the vodafone sim card anymore am i able to unlock with the o2 sim in it.

Can anyone help please??
